Let me explain what is the different between normal life and practicing of yoga and meditation. In normal life, if you get up in the morning have coffee or tea, breaf fast, pouring water to plant, etc etc... the work will fbe done but your mind will be somewhere thinking. So complete attendation on work will be absence.
Now if you get up early in the morning and after practice of yoga and meditation. You will drink the coffee or tea with taste, ate breakfast slowly, chew and swallow and watering the plant with arts.
